Billy (aka “Ziggy”) supervises a team of Managers with a combined 45 years of experience. He ensures all work is completed with high quality craftsmanship and conforms to original plans and specifications. Billy monitors project costs and budgets, and identifies opportunities for improvement and savings. With over 35 years of experience in the construction industry, Billy also develops and maintains ongoing relationships with investors, architects, consultants, subcontractors, inspectors and employees.

Billy began working in construction in 1979. In 2001, he started Ziggy’s Construction. Under the new company name, he continued to grow his business by working residential jobs, including repair, remodeling, additions, and building houses from the ground up. Ziggy received his Journeyman’s Electrical License in 2002, and began working in commercial construction in 2005.

Today, Billy leads Ziggy’s Construction in providing a full scope of commercial construction services. He is skilled in delivering on every aspect of the commercial construction process. His favorite part of the job is the excitement from customers when the project is finished.
